It is the same thing, Google just probably doesn’t recognise it as a term. To create Bindrunes you need to know/learn the Runes well to understand how to combine them together to achieve your goal. Each Rune also covers specific health area, from general areas such as organs and mental health to very targeted. I would separate them based on the chronic illnesses you have and maybe make two bindrunes, for example one for migraines and another for autoimmune diseases. Hope it helps. Veronika

Hello! Uruz is the most healing Rune in Elder Futhark. You can also add Ansuz, it’s good for strength and well-being. I highly suggest though that you look into Bundrunes. I think you can accomplish much more with them for specific ongoing health issues. Veronika

Hi Kelsey, so sorry for such a late response. It’s quite a complicated question to answer as it greatly depends on what you consider to be advanced. The advanced Tarot course I took when I was a student consisted of learning each card on an extremely deep level, it included Kabbalah and the study of Tarot Tree of Life. It seems like what you are struggling with is not card meanings but the aspects of reading cards together in a spread. While this definitely comes with practice, I suggest you take a look at the Elements when pairing cards and listening more to your intuition. You will find that every teacher will interpret each card just a bit differently based on their personal practice and understanding of the message that a card carries. I don’t have a particular advice on finding a teacher but if all depends on what you are looking for. If you would like to offer paid readings to people, you need to find a teacher that would focus on readings to clients, as well as psychology and coaching aspects. If you would like to read the cards for yourself and friends, then nothing will help more than practice. To date, I draw cards for every subject and life area around me just to see how the message of the cards will play out. It is difficult for me to say if the Runes are ok because generally speaking, all Runes are ok. :) The question should be if the Runes are ok for YOU and for a specific subject. Based on this combination, you have got a number of protection Runes, with enough strength to go to war really but also with some elements of wisdom, good judgment and the desire to have your victories and protect them at all cost. The sequence of Runes is read like a sentence, so the order always matters. Hi Chris, The order is maintained if you picked these Runes for a particular subject and all three Runes correspond to it. Then the order is maintained in a sense that you would read it as a sentence or a short story. This is the best way to deal with Runes anyway and it’s how you read them in divination. If these are random Runes that you are drawn to, there is no need to maintain the order. With regards to the location, it is best to choose area of the body that will minimise reversals (such as sternum, back, neck, etc). Hope it helps, Veronika

Hello, with regards to the placement of the Runes, you may want to wrap them around your arm to prevent reversal. Now, the Rune choice is questionable. What are you trying to accomplish with this selection? These Runes together create quite an aggressive force. I suggest you rethink your choice of Runes and limit to 5 Runes maximum. On the right it seems like a combination of Algiz and Fehu, on the left I frankly only see a cross. Hi Molly, this is a compassionate move. Healing through Runes is absolutely possible and is a common practice. However, it all depends how you will be using energy of the Runes. Learning Runes and have a permission to use them can come at a cost. Odin made some serious sacrifices to receive this knowledge. “A gift for a gift” is the meaning of Rune Gebo and it applies to other Runes too. The Runes may ask from you what are you going to offer in return for them to give a part of their energy to your patients. And this is something to think about, aside from the need to learn how not to absorb energy of patients, how to cleanse yourself and protect yourself. It is a very beautiful design, Laura! For the most part, you can go with a translation you have made. It translated the letters individually but I believe in translating based on the pronunciation rather than letters themselves. I studied German a bit many years ago and the word like Macht, in my opinion, does not need Kenaz, you can leave just Hagalaz and have the same pronunciation. Because Kenaz gives K sound and I believe ch in German pronounces as H. Same when we translate from English, if we want to have TH sound in a word like Thorn, we use Thurisaz Rune alone, rather than using Tiwaz + Hagalaz. Let me know if it makes sense and what you think.
